How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Meanarray Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Meanarray Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Meanarray Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@meanarray.net and include:
- Your name and your preferred way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
